Senior Sales Compensation Analyst

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Sales Compensation Analyst to join our rapidly expanding team. As a Sales Compensation Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the compensation needs of our global sales organization, by helping to manage our commission system and the associated reporting.

Job Overview:

The ideal candidate must be able to bring sales compensation plan design experience.  Have a clear understanding of what is new in the industry in sales compensation and how to implement new plans. Have the ability to do compensation modeling and analysis, and reporting. Bring the hard questions and roll up their sleeves to build answers. Have the ability to navigate ambiguity and take appropriate risks to innovation

Essential Functions & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manage Xactly incent and objectives platforms
  • Verify input of quotas, new hires, adjustments, MBO’s, monthly FX rates, etc.
  • Validate calculations and reconciliations monthly accruals in both local and USD
  • Oversee the preparation and distribution of plan documents and term sheets
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis
  • Provide end users training
  • Partner with HR, Sales and Finance
  • Annual contract value

Minimum Qualifications / Experience:

  • 2+ years minimum working in Xactly Incent and Objectives Platforms
  • Ability to reconcile large amounts of data
  • Timeliness and attention to detail
  • Solid business partnering skills
  • Sound judgement
  • BS/BA Degree (Required)
  • Strong analytical skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills (Required)
  • Multitasking skills and an ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously (Preferable)
  • A proactive, can-do, positive attitude and start-up experience is a big plus (Preferable)
